No one has been able to service these systems like Blue Ridge Waterworks located in Boone, NC. They are friendly and they respond very quickly in an emergency situation. When the service techs arrived they started their troubleshooting and in no time identified the problem. Fortunately it was a low cost fix and took care of the problem. Shortly after I reported the water outage, two Blue Ridge servicemen showed up at a property I own in NC. They determined that the 40-year-old (+ or - a year) pump had stopped working. Imagine that! Going right to work, they replaced the pump, pressure switch and all the other necessary items, getting everything back to running shape in short order. Sometimes working in torrential rain. A real frog strangler! Professional and courteous. When they called back at 12, they let me know a crew was on the way. By early afternoon I was up and running again. We had no water yesterday evening and called the office. Jennifer handled the problem efficiently and arranged for someone to come out today--Saturday. Grayson and Trenton appeared before noon and had the problem repaired rapidly. The three of them displayed a warm, engaging manner while performing their respective tasks. I recommend them and their employer without reservation and will gladly seek their help when needed.
